Team Co-creation Model Advantages to Organisation

Most of you must be knowing when IBM was in trouble it was one employee's suggestion to get in service business than just being in hardware business which lifted IBM from recession to world’s top ten company. That’s power of thinking of employees of company because they know business better than anyone else.

Team Co-Creation Model (Analogy): Co-creation model is inspired by Supercomputer where multiprocessor give more output than single processor computer. Team Co-Creation Model (Definition): Employees of the company across all departments use their skills, experience & creativity to find solutions for Challenges faced by company on one common thinking Platform . Thus, contribute to the growth of the company along with their respective jobs. 

Working Structure: Team Co-creation Model utilizes DSVAP platform to break down complex problems into n number of easy to understand issues need to be addressed in order to achieve overall solution. These easy to understand issues are then distributed in different small teams of employees. These teams are then guided with problem solving approach & different kind of thinking methods so that they come out with solution of particular issues assigned to them. These small solutions serve as building blocks for Overall Solution. Thus Organisation can utilize in house Intellect & skills to build solution of complex problems.
